THE DETAILS
Simple, automatic rewards
- Rewards are available to signed-in Soilora account holders.

- Points post when an order is paid. Cancelled, failed or refunded orders do not qualify; points from refunded orders may be reversed.
- Referral points are awarded once the referred friend’s first paid order is confirmed. Self-referrals and existing accounts are not eligible.
- Birthday offers are available once per calendar year during the birthday month. A birthday must be saved in your account before checkout.
- Birthday and returning-customer savings do not stack with each other. The higher available offer is applied automatically and can stack with displayed product, kit and Buy 1 Get 1 savings.
- Points currently track your rewards balance; point redemption options will be announced in your account when available.
